I actually thought this thread was for posting your most precious vinyl you own, my bad...

What I'm really looking for at the moment:

Are you sure it's released on vinyl?

I believe it is. I think I saw it on Discogs, for more than I cared to pay, many months ago but I haven't seen it since. It's one of my favorite films + some of the tracks on there, mainly the ones Jay Electronica looped up for "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind," are absolutely amazing. Jon Brion is extremely talented.

I've been looking for Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (original soundtrack) on vinyl for some time now and have come up with nothing; I really want this record! I've tried Amazon, Ebay, and Discogs...any other sites you guys could recommend?

I'm pretty sure most OSTs these days are not pressed to vinyl. I may be wrong about this particular release, but if you've checked all those sites you might be SOL.

It's not a record but the multi-track files to a record that's been sampled by countless producers including myself.

I heard they're out there, but I never ran across them.

Dude....I said I wasn't looking for the record, C'mon man, I'm pretty sure I own at least 6 copies of that record. Once again I'm looking for the Multi-Track Masters to that album not the record. I heard they are out there, but I don't know where to find them. I was hoping someone here would know. But I guess not.

Thes One is said to have a copy, so is the Biz Markie. But even then, it's disputed whether or not either of them actually have it. Or if a playable copy still exists.

From what I heard there was supposed to have been a remix project a few years ago and the label did multitracks for the 1-4 series which where given out to several hip hop and dance music producers. Supposedly Jazzy Jeff, Vikter Duplaix, King Britt had gotten their hands on these files, but then Bob James balked the entire project and nothing became of it.

From what I was also told supposedly Questlove also had the files and leaked them online through his CRM alias on Okayplayer.

If the files are really out there, I'd like them. Hit me up at my official website http://blog.petemarriott.com/ if you got'em.

I've paid $25, record is in near mint and the original brazilian press, seemed like a good deal to me! Bought it together with originel version of Legal by Gal Costa & an original Marcos Valle (this one: http://www.discogs.c...release/3138661)
