Agreed, my collection was sadly bereft of Kool Keith, so I thought "Plastic World" would be a good place to start, haha.

what are some american library labels??? major production music can be decent (the 6000 series in particular i think), and i got a record on passport from the early 80s that is like low end 'library' stuff, not for commercial use but production music and sounds for some DIY shit (bedroom producer what up!!!), and my buddy pulled a sick collection out of his colleges library that was like a box set that had two or three albums with some nice electric grooves, the label name escapes me though, what else we got over here??

EDIT: remembered another record i grabbed that was a label based out of Wisconsin called instant production music, the one album i have is OK, not that great, don't know what else they have to offer though

oh and some recent snags

Found a nice copy of Keble Drummond & The Cables - No More Heartaches/Sometimes Girl 12", Harry J Production 1977. Paid $2 for it at a thrift store.

Very rare, there's a sealed copy on discogs for $125.

Only Sometimes Girl is on youtube:
